Just to clarify for anyone who watches this, Carl and I were discussing this movie and his potential role in it as early as May of 2007. But I'd say it's likely that Dastolis never notified him when he was officially cast. They're always telling each other things and then forgetting to tell other people. The script wasn't even finished until September anyway.
